Wilson Zhang is a Senior Executive
at Ping An Group, serving as Deputy GM of the Strategy Development Center.  Previously, he was CEO Coach and CHRO at Junson Capital (a leading
Family Office), where he advised ultra-high-net-worth families on leadership
psychology, succession planning, and group decision-making from 2013 to 2024.

As a Global Senior Partner and
Regional Leadership Solutions MD at Korn Ferry, Wilson designed talent
strategies for family enterprises and Fortune 500 boards.  His earlier HR/OD roles at P&G, Eaton, and
GE was focusing on aligning behavioral science with business growth in Asia.

Wilson has been Research Fellow at
Tsinghua University’s Leadership Center since 2009.

Wilson has brought in more than 15
years of applied research in group dynamics to his HKU MBA course “Psychology
and Group Dynamic Management”— equipping wealth managers with proven frameworks to navigate family
conflicts, build cohesive teams, and sustain legacy.
